Core Responsibilities:Executive Support:Provide high-level assistance to senior leadership, managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and ensuring effective communication between regional managers and central leadership.Administrative and Governance Coordination:Support the work of leadership teams by preparing documentation, maintaining records, coordinating with governance bodies, and tracking key deliverables and compliance items.Performance Monitoring:Assist in gathering, reviewing, and reporting key performance indicators across service areas, helping leadership monitor strategic objectives.Stakeholder Communication:Facilitate smooth communication with internal teams and external partners, including families, regulatory bodies, and board members.Project and Facilities Oversight:Support capital and maintenance projects, and assist with procurement and IT needs related to office infrastructure.Board and Committee Support:Provide administrative and secretariat support for board and committee meetings, including preparing documentation, taking minutes, and supporting compliance with regulatory submissions.Event and Case Management:Coordinate events and maintain accurate documentation for internal processes and any external casework as required.️ IT & Technical Competencies:Proficient in:Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Word, PowerPoint; Intermediate Excel, SharePoint)Database and document management systemsTyping, formatting, and preparing professional reports and presentations Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience:Education:Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or a related field, with training in areas like communication, HR, and finance.Experience:Minimum of two years in a similar administrative or executive support role.Key Attributes:Excellent organisational skills and attention to detailStrong interpersonal and communication skillsDiscreet, reliable, and self-drivenFlexible and adaptable to dynamic work environmentsFor more information on this role please feel free to reach out to Evelyn @ evelyn.fraser@hrsearch.ie
