Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Site Operations Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to manage facilities management enquiries, track maintenance activities, and coordinate with engineers and subcontractors.
About the Role
* The successful candidate will be responsible for managing facilities management enquiries from clients and internal teams.
* They will track maintenance activities using CAFM systems and ensure timely completion of tasks.
* The Site Operations Specialist will also coordinate with engineers and subcontractors for site access and compliance documentation.
* Another key responsibility is keeping records of completed tasks, quotations, and service logs.
* In addition, they will compile client reports and monitor outstanding work orders.
* The ideal candidate will be able to evaluate health and safety regulations and identify areas for improvement.
