Key to our success is a critical role that drives the delivery of safe, efficient, and cost-effective Air Traffic Management/Air Navigation Service (ATM/ANS) services to customers. Our Operations Manager plays a pivotal part in ensuring these services meet international and national standards.
Main Responsibilities
* Manage the delivery of ATM/ANS services while adhering to strict regulations and procedures.
* Cultivate a culture focused on operational excellence, safety, security, and compliance awareness.
* Implement strategic plans for Operational and Safety effectiveness.
* Optimize resource allocation to ensure peak traffic flows do not exceed available capacity.
Key Skills and Qualifications
* A minimum of 10+ years of management experience within an aviation or related industry environment.
* Detailed knowledge of EU and national safety regulations, along with associated requirements and procedures of ATM/ANS operations.
* A proven ability to lead, manage, and motivate staff effectively.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, as well as strong business acumen with a customer service focus. They must also demonstrate knowledge and understanding of our strategy and be able to represent us at national and international forums.
In this position, you will collaborate closely with the General Manager Terminal Services and other stakeholders to guarantee the delivery of safe and efficient ATM/ANS services. You will contribute to the growth of the Operations Directorate through effective teamwork and open communication.
