Outbound Equipment Sales Specialist
Overview
Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for customer engagement and closing deals? We're looking for an enthusiastic Outbound Equipment Sales Specialist to play a pivotal role in driving our Equipment & Service business forward. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic, fast-paced environment where your sales expertise will directly contribute to our growth strategy.
You'll be the go-to expert for customers seeking like-for-like equipment replacements or stand-alone items, while also generating and nurturing larger opportunities for the field-based specialists.
Responsibilities
8. Proactively engage with customers through outbound and inbound calls, video calls, and online presentations to promote and sell equipment solutions.
9. Collaborate closely with external sales teams to help convert warm leads into closed sales.
10. Manage the full sales cycle: from initial customer interest and financial coordination to post-installation support and handover.
11. Maximise opportunities through effective upselling and cross-selling of value-added services and products, including service contracts.
12. Accurately maintain CRM records, documenting customer interactions, opportunities, and updates.
13. Ensure all customer communication – both written and verbal – meets the highest standards of clarity and professionalism.
14. Foster cross-functional collaboration with internal teams, suppliers, and partners to deliver seamless customer experiences.
15. Take ownership of special projects and additional duties as the business evolves.
Skills & Experience
16. Proven track record of success in outbound sales, preferably in a fast-paced environment. (product sales)
17. Strong commercial acumen and confidence in negotiating and closing deals.
18. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
19. Comfortable using digital tools to demonstrate products and deliver engaging virtual sales pitches.
20. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
21. Confident with CRM systems and maintaining accurate sales records.
22. Positive, energetic, and driven to achieve personal and team targets
