A leading company in the pharmacy and technology sector is seeking a Financial Accountant to join their finance team.
The role focuses on delivering accurate financial reporting, managing key accounting cycles, maintaining controls, and supporting strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Lead month-end close, journals, accruals, prepayments, and GL review.
Prepare monthly management accounts (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) with commentary.
Maintain financial controls, fixed asset registers, and support audits.
Conduct financial analysis, track KPIs, and support process improvements.
Partner with AP/AR to optimise working capital and invoicing processes.
Requirements ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified (or finalist with strong experience).
35+ years in finance roles with hands-on month-end and balance sheet experience.
Strong ERP and Excel skills (Xero, NetSuite, Sage; PivotTables, PowerQuery).
Analytical, detail-oriented, proactive, and strong communicator.
Desirable Multi-entity reporting or scale-up experience.
Experience with process automation or BI tools.
