Job Title: Culinary Expert
The ideal candidate will assist senior chefs with kitchen operations, focusing on preparing and presenting dishes to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with Head Chefs and Sous Chefs to maintain a seamless kitchen operation.
* Contribute to menu development and implementation, ensuring high-quality food production at all times.
* Prepare and garnish food orders accurately, adhering to menu specifications.
* Supervise the setup of menu items and ensure their readiness and quality.
* Provide support in dish preparation for various outlets, including bars, restaurants, and conference facilities.
* Develop innovative ideas for new dishes and menus.
* Maintain adherence to HACCP regulations throughout kitchen activities.
* Support team members in adhering to proper hygiene practices during food preparation and storage.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie within a food service environment, preferably in hotels or restaurants.
* Culinary school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
* A genuine passion for cooking and interest in culinary arts is essential.
* Strong teamwork and communication skills are necessary for this role.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
* Good knowledge of HACCP procedures and regulations is mandatory.
* Flexibility in working hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
