What Success Looks Like
In your first year, you will open new enterprise accounts across sectors such as financial services, utilities, and life sciences, deliver a consistent pipeline, and be known internally as the person who finds and wins the next marquee logo.
What You Will Do
 * Open new enterprise accounts and deliver sustained revenue growth
 * Build C‑suite relationships and lead high‑value client conversations
 * Shape proposals and RFP responses that show clear business value
 * Create and run your own go‑to‑market campaigns with marketing support
 * Maintain a disciplined pipeline and accurate forecasting in HubSpot
 * Partner with delivery to ensure a smooth handover and early wins
What You Will Bring
 * Minimum 3 years of success in B2B IT services, consulting, or tech recruitment
 * Proven ability to prospect, engage, and close multi‑stakeholder deals
 * Strong consultative selling and communication skills, written and verbal
 * Confidence selling to senior executives in technology and operations
 * Curiosity about how technology drives measurable business outcomes
 * Drive, resilience, and a genuine passion for growth
