We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an HR Apprentice.
About the Role:
* As an HR Apprentice, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in Organisational Development and Human Resources.
* You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the OD/HR Department, ensuring that all administration procedures are followed in accordance with Council policies and legislative requirements.
* You will work closely with the OD/HR team to achieve the successful completion of the CIPD Level 3 Certificate in People Practice and Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
* To undertake day release formal training to achieve the successful completion of the qualification.
* To contribute to the effective operation of the OD/HR Department through the provision of a professional and confidential administrative support service.
* To ensure all responsibilities are carried out in a timely and effective manner and that general confidentiality is maintained in all areas relating to the work.
Qualifications and Skills:
* CIPD Level 3 Certificate in People Practice and Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management qualifications.
* Ability to work as part of a team and develop skills, knowledge and experience in Organisational Development and Human Resources.
* Excellent communication and administrative skills.
