We are now seeking a Regional Service Manager to oversee and manage the operational performance of our services across multiple client sites in Ireland, ensuring exceptional service quality and fostering strong client relationships.
Job Title Summary
Regional Service Manager – Flexible Location, Ireland
Reporting to senior management, the Regional Service Manager will manage and supervise analysts on client sites, drive service performance, and cultivate client relationships. This role involves extensive travel to client sites, ownership of service delivery and budgets, and collaboration with internal teams to improve operational efficiency.

The Role
* Manage and supervise analysts on client sites, ensuring compliance with quality standards, procedures, and timelines
* Conduct monthly on-site visits to assess service performance, address client concerns, and identify improvement opportunities
* Interface directly with clients to understand their evolving needs and maintain high satisfaction
* Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies for service quality and efficiency
* Generate comprehensive reports on site performance, observations, and recommendations for management
* Take ownership of financial budgets and revenue growth for assigned clients
* Travel extensively (60–80%) to client locations across Ireland
Where You Come From
* Bachelor's degree or higher in a scientific or business field (e.g., Microbiology, Chemistry, Biology, Business, HR, or related discipline)
* Minimum of 5 years' client-facing experience in the scientific industry, preferably in service, sales, or project management
* Proven ability to manage and lead remote teams
* Experience analyzing data, generating reports, and presenting findings to stakeholders
* Clean driver's license
