Job Description:
* Supporting Nursing Staff: Providing assistance to nursing staff in delivering high-quality care to residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
* Promoting Resident Well-being: Building relationships with residents by engaging them in activities that promote mobility, independence, and overall well-being.
* Cleaning Standards: Assisting in maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the home.
* Maintenance of Health Safety: Sustaining a safe environment for residents through regular cleaning routines.
h3Required Skills & Qualifications/h3
- FETAC Level 5 qualification or equivalent
- Experience working in healthcare (HIQA compliant)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude while supporting others
