The Role: Lead the delivery of commercial management services for all tendering and projects.
Prepare timely internal commercial reporting, including monthly CVRs and project cash flow forecasts.
Monitor project costs and expenditures to ensure that projects are completed within budget.
Manage procurement processes, including negotiation with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Administer subcontractor and supplier accounts, ensuring timely payment and final account agreement.
Assist in resolving contractual and commercial issues and ensure the accurate preparation of valuations and payment applications.
The Person: Degree in Quantity Surveying or a construction-related discipline with commercial experience.
Minimum of 10 years' experience, with at least 5 years as a Senior QS.
Civil engineering sector experience is an advantage.
Strong understanding of construction costs, budgeting, and financial analysis.
Proficient in contract administration, tendering, procurement, and cost management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills.
Full driving licence and CSR/Safe Pass Card.
