Job Description:
The successful candidate will lead and manage the team to ensure the hotel operates safely, efficiently, and effectively at all times, ensuring utmost standards and service excellence throughout, optimising revenue opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out duty management shifts
* Provide a consistent high-quality delivery of standards of the hotel with a personalised focus on our guests
* Maintain a visible presence in the Front of House areas
* Liaise with Senior Management and each department to ensure that operations run smoothly
Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have:
* A relevant 3rd-level qualification in Hotel Management or equivalent
* Previous experience working in 4 or 5* star properties in a management capacity
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to lead and motivate
* Excellent attention to detail
