Our client, a leading supplier for consumer goods, healthcare and industrial companies around the world, is seeking to recruit a HR Generalist to support their expanding operations. The successful candidate will partner with the manager, people strategy and operations and senior people partners to coach, train and advise managers and employees on Human Resources issues, policies, and procedures. They will be responsible for promoting exceptional employee performance, creating an environment of trust and teamwork, facilitating fairness and equal opportunity to develop employee potential through excellent human resources practices. They will support the HR needs of the management team, provide employee training, maintaining current employee records, attendance tracking, leaves of absence, hourly employee evaluations and other related HR functions. Bachelors degree preferred. 2+ years Human Resources experience with concentration in Employee Relations preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Capable of performing job requirements with minimal supervision. Possesses a strong knowledge of employment law.
