Design Leadership Position
The company is seeking an experienced Design Manager to lead our in-house design team and oversee the development of design programs that align with client contractual agreements.
1. Develop and manage design programs to ensure they meet client requirements and are aligned with business objectives.
2. Handle technical aspects of the business, addressing internal and external queries related to design and production.
3. Collaborate with the estimating team to identify value engineering opportunities during the tender process.
4. Work closely with the Production Manager to meet manufacturing requirements and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
5. Lead the in-house design team, setting clear goals and tracking progress to achieve excellence.
6. Foster lasting relationships with key customers across Ireland, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
7. E nsure that all design activities comply with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
Mandatory skills: Timber Frame or modular build design experience, People Management, Auto CAD software proficiency, Digital Project Delivery knowledge.
