Project Controls Lead
This leadership role oversees the development and implementation of project controls systems and processes for complex infrastructure projects.
The Project Controls Lead works closely with project managers, planners, cost engineers, and stakeholders to ensure robust planning, cost control, risk management, and reporting.
This position leads the development and maintenance of integrated project schedules and cost plans.
The successful candidate will oversee performance measurement, forecasting, and reporting across all project phases.
They will implement and manage earned value management (EVM) systems and tools.
This role identifies and manages project risks, issues, and opportunities.
The successful candidate ensures alignment with client requirements and governance frameworks.
They provide strategic insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
Mentorship and support for junior project controls staff are also key responsibilities.
Requirements:
* Qualifications in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
* Proven experience in project controls leadership on large-scale infrastructure projects.
* Strong knowledge of planning tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) and cost systems.
* Proficiency in earned value management and performance reporting.
* Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Experience in rail, utilities, or transport infrastructure is highly desirable.
Benefits:
* Salary range €70k -€90K depending on experience.
