We are seeking an experienced Credit Management Professional to join our team.
About the Role
The Credit Controller will be responsible for managing a ledger of varied customer accounts, pursuing outstanding monies and liaising with Sales Managers on queries. Key duties include assessing and analysing new account applications, escalating overdue accounts and performing account reconciliations. The successful candidate will also be responsible for general credit functions and sales administration including invoicing.
Requirements
To be successful in this role you will need:
* Significant experience working in a dedicated Credit Control environment
* Excellent interpersonal communication and relationship building skills
* Strong attention to detail, understanding of financial statements and balance sheets
* Effective prioritisation and time management skills
* Strong initiative and flexible approach
* Proficient in MS Office and advanced MS Excel skills
* Experience in Oracle IT system preferable
* Credit qualifications advantageous (ICMT, IICM)
