ROLE & RESPONSIBILTIES
Lead the daily operations of the service department and workshop
You will manage and support an experienced team
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships
Drive workshop efficiency, productivity, profitability, and KPI performance
Oversee workshop processes including workflow, quotations, job cards, and reporting
Provide technical support to customers and internal teams
Assist with tenders and project-related technical queries
Identify operational improvements and implement effective processes
Lead, motivate, and develop the service team
Manage performance and handle challenging situations professionally
Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations and high standards
ABOUT YOU
Previous experience in a Service Manager role within trucks, buses, or commercial vehicles
Strong technical and operational workshop knowledge
Proven leadership and people management skills
Commercially aware with experience managing budgets and workshop performance
Highly organised with strong process management ability
Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
Positive, energetic, and team-focused approach
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and delivering results

Salary from €70,000+ DOE
€5,000 annual KPI bonus
