Description
Our Santry office services our Leinster North region with a large diverse portfolio of SME clients. We are looking to appoint a Senior Qualified Accountant up to senior management level into in a varied portfolio management role consisting of monthly management accounts, yearend accounts and advisory work. Reporting to Director/ Partner level you will get to work with an established and highly collegiate team and manage/ mentor a number of trainees and seniors.
Key Responsibilities
Key responsibilities will include:
* Preparation of monthly management accounts and cashflow projections.
* Yearend accounts and financial statement preparation.
* Reviewing the work of trainees to develop their abilities and delivery of completed files for director/ partner review.
* Mix of SME advisory work and projects as required, due diligence for company sales or assisting clients with acquisitions.
* Work with leadership on practice development, as Xeinadin grows and transforms identifying operational efficiencies and improvement and working with senior management on strategic development.
Key Requirements
* ACA / ACCA / CPA qualified or part qualified with over 2/3 years experience
* Experience in working across a diverse client portfolio
* Exceptional stakeholder management capabilities
* Highly motivated with the ability to work to strict deadlines.
* Positive can-do attitude and a team player.
* Strong communication skills.
