Applications are now open for the Green Tech Skillnet Solar Technician Programme, designed for Jobseekers and is completely FREE, with all training fully funded by Green Tech Skillnet.
In just five weeks, you will receive hands-on training in solar installation, along with support for CV writing, mock interviews, and individual mentoring, ensuring you are job-ready from day one.

This course is intended to help people who are looking to learn about the solar energy industry in general as a foundation to prepare participants for relevant work placements and projects in the solar energy sector.
Over the next ten years Ireland will connect a new generation of solar panels, providing enormous amounts of clean energy to power homes, farms and businesses. This will accelerate the ongoing decline in CO2 emissions from the electricity sector and drastically cut Ireland's bill for foreign fossil fuel imports.
