Agriculutral Sector | Hybrid Working | Excellent Progression Opportunities We are seeking a commercially minded finance professional to join a growing and dynamic business in a broad accounting and finance role. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant coming from an audit background who is looking to transition into industry and gain exposure across financial accounting, operational finance, commercial analysis and business improvement projects. This is a hybrid role with travel across business sites as required. Key Responsibilities Support the preparation of monthly and annual financial accounts and management reporting across the business. Partner with operational and senior management teams to provide financial insight and support business decision-making. Assist with budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes. Review financial processes and internal controls, identifying opportunities for improvement and greater efficiency. Lead and coordinate internal control reviews and targeted audit assignments across business operations Carry out financial analysis and reporting to support operational performance and profitability. Support compliance with corporate policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements. Participate in business improvement, operational and systems-related projects across the Group. Assist with risk management processes and contribute to strengthening financial governance and best practice. Prepare reports and presentations for senior management as required. Support ad hoc finance projects and company secretarial/compliance activities where necessary. Qualifications & Experience Fully qualified accountant (up to 3 years PQE) Training gained within a large accounting practice or audit environment is highly desirable. Strong financial accounting and analytical capabilities with an interest in developing commercially within industry. Previous exposure to audit, controls, risk assessment, or process improvement would be advantageous. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
