Accounts Payable Administrator Role
As an ambitious and detail-oriented professional, we are seeking a skilled Accounts Payable Administrator to join our team in Kildare. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the continued development of a growing medical group.
The Role:
* Purchase invoice processing onto accounts system
* Managing supplier payment processing
* Card reconciliations
* Managing supplier queries
* Assist with audit
* Month end reports
* Creditor reconciliations
* Assisting with additional ad hoc projects
Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years+ accounts payable experience
* Experience in operating accounting systems
* Strong knowledge of MS Office
