Job Title: Conference & Banqueting Manager

The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a Conference & Banqueting (C&B) Manager in Co. Laois. This is an exciting opportunity to join a renowned 4-star hotel property, leading a dedicated team to deliver exceptional service and memorable guest experiences.
The C&B Manager will oversee all aspects of the conference and banqueting operations within the hotel, ensuring seamless service delivery, attention to detail, and the highest level of customer satisfaction. This position requires strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills to manage events ranging from corporate functions to weddings and social gatherings.
Key Duties:
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the conference and banqueting department.
* Ensure all events are delivered to the highest standard, meeting client expectations and hotel standards.
* Coordinate with other hotel departments (kitchen, bar, front office) to ensure smooth event execution.
* Lead, train, and motivate the C&B team to achieve excellence in service delivery.
* Oversee event set-up, service, and breakdown while maintaining efficiency and attention to detail.
* Monitor budgets, control costs, and optimise revenue opportunities.
* Maintain strong relationships with clients, handling feedback and resolving issues effectively.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a C&B Manager or Assistant Manager in a 4-star hotel or similar environment.
* Proven leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate a team.
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Must be living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI.
* Visa and relocation packages are not provided.
