M&E Coordinator Galway €70-85k
INFORM3 Construction Recruitment has a new opportunity for an experienced M&E Coordinator to play a key role within an award-winning Building contractor to deliver a large commercial project in the Galway area. There is a competitive salary and package on offer with an opportunity to progress within the company.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
* Monitor and control project setup, progress and closeout
* Assisting with the development of the work breakdown structure and the project schedule.
* Setting up and maintaining budgets and expenditures.
* Maintaining project contracts and other documentation for customers, contractors and suppliers.
* Making sure the requirements of the quality management plans are met.
* Ensuring all Health and Safety requirements are upheld and met, by accompanying H&S officers on site and producing action reports.
* Coordinating the team communications, interactions and activities.
* Producing risk assessments of the project.
* Liaising with sub-contractors and suppliers to deliver to their standards and address any problems.
* Providing technical advice and expertise to the team
Skills Required:
* 3+ Years of experience in a similar role.
* Degree level education in a Building Services related subject
* Experience in overseeing projects, managing teams, and working towards health and safety standards.
* Knowledge of project management principles.
* Ability to meet deadlines, manage conflicting priorities and work well under pressure in a rapidly changing environment.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
