IMPO’s mission is to provide diligent stewardship of the Innovative Medicine business model, protecting and optimizing product intellectual property (IP) structures in collaboration with commercial, R&D, supply chain, tax and treasury functions.
Location and Contract
Position in Little Island, Ireland / Beerse, Belgium / Leiden, Netherlands. Fixed‑term contract until January 31, 2027.
Role Purpose
The Senior Finance Analyst – Inventory & Costing will lead MRC3107 Bio Supply Chain Reporting for both Planning & Actual ‘Other Costs Not in Standard’ (OCNIS). You are the go‑to person for MRC3107 OCNIS and variance reporting across internal IMPO and external stakeholders such as Supply Chain Finance. You will work in a cross‑country virtual team with colleagues in Ireland, Belgium, Netherlands, and Switzerland.
Key Responsibilities
Lead supply chain reporting for MRC3107 Biotherapeutics, covering actuals and forecasts including Supply Chain, Deliver and Procurement.
Act as the primary contact for Ireland Biotherapeutics OCNIS and variance reporting, building a strong business‑partnering network to ensure key items impacting IE reporting are incorporated.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of actuals, budgets and latest thinking within strict timelines and in accordance with internal and external SOX compliance regulations.
Deliver the BVA analysis review to senior management and controlling team for MRC3107 at both standard value and management values (excluding intercompany profit).
Maintain master data integrity across MRC3107 for CFIN reporting, Anaplan budgeting and consolidation tools.
Drive standardization and harmonization, including process improvements and new ways of working, aligning Belgium with the wider IMPO team and contributing to digital transformation solutions.
Proactively take ownership for personal development and maintain a positive work‑life balance while managing partners.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in finance, SAP and supply chain & cost accounting (experience is an asset).
Fluency in English is required.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or a related field (MBA or master’s in finance preferred).

Compensation and Benefits
Base pay range: 52,400 – 94,100 EUR.
