Manager, Housing First, Dublin
Location: Dublin
Contract: Full Time Permanent contract
The purpose of this role is to manage and support an intensive visiting-support Housing First team.
Working across Dublin the manager will be responsible for the delivery of person-centred, open-ended packages of support, and assistance to people who have been homeless, so that they can maintain a safe and secure home of their own.
The manager will also oversee close working partnerships with other organisations and statutory bodies.

What you will do:
Uphold Housing First principles as outlined in
"A Housing First Manual for Ireland"
to protect and enhance the model's integrity.
Work under the direction of the Head of Housing Supports, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Lead the Housing First team in creating a safe, customer-led, supportive environment that sustains tenancies.
Maintain strong oversight of finances, project management, and data governance.
Build and manage high-value partnerships internally and externally to support service delivery.
Develop and oversee SOPs with Local Authorities and HSE for intake procedures and service consistency.
Participate in interagency meetings to support fair allocations, nominations, and customer care.
Oversee referral and allocation decisions, ensuring fair access and appropriate exits.
Respond to and evaluate incidents in line with Housing First principles, policies, and legislation.
Support team operations, including case management, staff performance, trauma-informed practice, and compliance with reporting protocols.
What you will need:
A relevant Third Level qualification at degree level in social care, or related discipline
In-depth knowledge of Housing First and an understanding of its core values and principles
At least 2 years management experience in the social care field working in the area of housing or homelessness, leading a team to working with vulnerable people, providing professional supervision
Experience of interagency work and extensive knowledge of issues affecting people out-of-home and their impact on physical, emotional and psychological development/status.
Proven ability to display flexibility
Demonstrable ability to implement trauma informed practices
