Job Title: Digital Transformation Specialist
We are seeking a skilled professional to support HR and Payroll business operations by providing optimal technology solutions using Workday HCM, Compensation and Absence Management modules.
This role will collaborate with business and technical partners to support Workday Core HCM and Compensation functional areas.
* Evaluate Workday capabilities through research and testing.
* Maintain clear and up-to-date list of key deliverables and timelines.
* Ensure delivered product meets or exceeds business needs.
* Support enhancements, project requests and defects.
* Provide timely and effective solutions.
Required qualifications:
* Minimum 8 years of experience in HR Technology or related capacity.
* 5+ years Workday HCM and Compensation experience.
* Strong experience in configuring Core HCM, Compensation and Absence Management product areas for international colleagues.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in delivering scalable technology solutions and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
