Experienced Bookkeeper Required Full Time Experienced Bookkeeper/Accountant Technician required for a busy and growing accountancy practice based in Dublin 12 Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate day-to-day bookkeeping records for various clients (sales, purchases, bank transactions, journals etc).
Manage legal bookkeeping, including: Client and office account postings.
Processing client monies in line with solicitors accounts rules.
Monitoring client account balances and reconciliations.
Prepare bank and client account reconciliations.
Assist with VAT return preparation and filing.
Ability to prepare accounts to Trial Balance stage Requirements Minimum 3 years bookkeeping experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and various accounting software systems, such as Brightbooks, Sage, Sage Payroll etc Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
Desirable Experience preparing information for Revenue returns (VAT, PAYE, RCT etc.).
Familiarity with Irish solicitors accounts regulations.
Previous legal bookkeeping experience.
Salary €35,000 - €45,000, depending on experience
