The main focus is to heighten awareness of the client’s brands at each location and to ensure high product visibility and quality on all products. Building in-store relationships is key to promote CPM and the client with the key contacts. Reporting is provided through tablet and phone technology.
Responsibilities
* Adhere to journey plans from the line manager.
* Merchandise required products on shelves while ensuring planogram compliance and maximizing promotional space.
* Record merchandising activity, audit our brands and competitor activity, and provide timely feedback.
* Maintain and grow planogram space where possible.
* Ensure all products have correct SKU placed in front of the product.
* Merchandise all promotional displays and ensure correct pricing is in place.
* Capture before and after photographs on a hand‑held device.
* Liaise with the store manager before and after work to confirm satisfaction.
* Liaise with NSM before and after each call.
* Deliver field insights to the National Sales Manager.
* Build strong relationships with all parties to work together as a team.
* Generate new ideas and ways of working.
* Support all product launches and promotions and develop in‑store presence.
* Maintain all CPM standards and policies.
* Consistently strive to reach the highest standards of performance for customers.
* Operate in an effective and efficient manner to complete all tasks.
* Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as instructed by your line manager.
Requirements
* Full driving licence is essential.
* Merchandising background desirable but not required.
* Computer literate – able to send photos via email and fill in reports/audits.
* Physical ability to lift and move heavy products.
