The Role: Regional Field Sales Executive

This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to join our industry leading Field Sales team as a Regional Field Sales Executive in Dublin and surrounding areas. We are seeking an individual who can build long-lasting relationships with customers, identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**
">
* Drive business across Retail multiple and Independent Stores, Key Accounts and Wholesale by establishing excellent relationships with customers through a range of key accounts operations teams.
* Partner with Independent and Wholesale outlets to sell in new products to meet the customer's identified needs.
* Identify and communicate merchandising opportunities to customers to ensure effective space allocation and visibility of Imperial brands on shelf.
* Provide cover for current Field Sales teams and manage/cover existing reps journey plan to ensure effective coverage of account base.

**Requirements & Skills:

As a successful candidate, you will have:
">
* Previous face-to-face sales experience within an FMCG business.
* Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
* Self-supportive with good time management skills and the ability to use your initiative when required.
* Ability to set and meet self-stretching targets.
