Location: Galway, Ireland or Manchester, UK – Both hybrid – 3 Days per week in office
Reports to: Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)
Type: Full-time
About Us
Galvia AI is a B2B technology company delivering an AI-powered retail platform that unifies siloed data into a single view of your KPIs, customers, and inventory. It transforms this data into insights, predictions, and real-time AI prompts—helping retailers drive revenue growth, improve margins, and boost efficiency.
Our clients include retailers, wholesalers, and technology platforms.
Headquartered in Ireland, Galvia is scaling across the UK, Europe, and global markets with ambitious growth targets for 2026 and beyond. This role can be based in our Galway or Manchester office with a hybrid working model.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to build and operate Galvia’s marketing engine—turning our go-to-market strategy into measurable campaigns, automation, and pipeline growth. This role is execution-focused: you will manage the systems, workflows, and content that connect marketing activity to revenue outcomes.
Working closely with the CCO and commercial team, you will translate defined strategy into campaigns, email sequences, and automation that scale across HubSpot and other systems. You’ll manage data, segment audiences, build workflows, and report on performance.
You will work within the defined brand and positioning framework, ensuring every campaign, workflow, and touchpoint is executed seamlessly, data-driven, and aligned with our growth objectives. The goal is to make Galvia’s marketing engine fast, connected, and measurable.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Operations & Demand Generation
* Own and optimise CRM and marketing workflows across HubSpot and connected systems (e.g. ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
* Build and manage automation, segmentation, lead scoring, and routing to improve lead flow between marketing and sales.
* Develop and execute email, nurture, and social campaigns to generate qualified leads and measurable pipeline.
* Ensure data hygiene, lifecycle consistency, and accurate reporting across the funnel.
* Collaborate with the sales team to operationalise prospect lists — validating, enriching, and loading them into HubSpot for sequenced outreach.
2. Campaign Execution & Content Activation
* Collaborate with the Content Manager to deliver campaign-driven materials such as case studies, decks, one‑pagers, and email assets.
* Manage website content and optimisation (WordPress or other CMS) to ensure it converts traffic into MQLs.
* Plan, execute, and optimise digital campaigns (SEO, paid search, and paid/organic social) directly or through agency partners.
* Design and publish landing pages and email campaigns in HubSpot, using Canva or similar tools for creative assets.
* Ensure all campaigns are supported by data segmentation, automation workflows, and measurable conversion goals.
* Work with Sales to operationalise prospect lists — validating, enriching, and loading them into HubSpot for sequenced outreach.
3. Funnel Analytics & Reporting
* Own marketing performance reporting end‑to‑end, including CAC per channel and ROI on campaign and event‑based initiatives. Develop dashboards and frameworks linking campaign activity to revenue outcomes.
* Monitor key funnel metrics (Lead → MQL → SQL → Opportunity → Closed Won) to identify performance trends and improvement opportunities.
* Provide actionable insights to the CCO and commercial team to optimise lead flow, conversion, and spend efficiency.
* Identify pipeline gaps and implement automation, list‑building, or creative workflow improvements to increase reach and conversion velocity.
* Use HubSpot, GA4, and other analytics tools to forecast pipeline and support data‑driven decision‑making.
Requirements
As a scaling company, we need someone who can operate at both a strategic and tactical level — able to plan and execute simultaneously. You must be comfortable shaping direction while delivering the hands‑on execution that drives measurable results.
* 4+ years’ experience in Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, or Marketing Operations within a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
* Demonstrated experience designing scalable outbound and inbound lead‑generation systems.
* Hands‑on expertise configuring and automating workflows in HubSpot CRM (marketing automation, segmentation, and reporting).
* Strong understanding of campaign execution across email, social, SEO, and paid/organic channels.
* Skilled in data analytics and funnel optimisation to improve conversion and marketing ROI.
* Ability to produce or adapt marketing collateral including landing pages, case studies, and sales enablement materials, using Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools.
* Proficient in WordPress (or other CMS), Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Business Manager, SEMrush, and GA4.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills across sales, product, and technical teams.
What We Offer
* The opportunity to build and scale the marketing and revenue engine of a fast‑growing retail AI company.
* Work with a small, but mighty, commercial team where your contribution is visible and immediate.
* A high‑ownership role with direct influence on revenue growth, automation, and demand generation.
* Hybrid working model in Galway or Manchester with flexibility.
* A collaborative, ambitious environment with opportunities to grow as Galvia expands across the UK, Europe, and global markets.
* Competitive salary and performance‑based incentives.
