About Us

We are a growing logistics company providing international freight, e-commerce fulfilment, customs services, and end-to-end delivery solutions. We are looking for an organised, detail-oriented Operations Executive to support day-to-day logistics activities and ensure smooth shipment handling for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Shipment Coordination

* Manage inbound and outbound shipments, including air, sea, and road freight.
* Book shipments with carriers, airlines, and service providers according to customer requirements.
* Monitor shipment status and ensure timely pickup, transit, and delivery.
* Prepare and review shipping documents.

2. Client Communication & Support

* Act as a daily point of contact for clients regarding shipment updates and operational queries.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction.

3. Coordination With Drivers & Service Providers

* Schedule and coordinate collections and deliveries with drivers, couriers, warehouses, and last-mile partners.
* Ensure smooth handover of goods and documentation.
* Track driver performance and resolve any on-route issues.

4. Internal Coordination

* Work closely with warehouse, customs, and customer service teams to ensure operational efficiency.
* Support customs documentation preparation if needed (data entry, document follow-up, etc.).
* Liaise with the sales team on client requirements and special service instructions.

5. Additional Responsibilities (as needed)

* Assist with warehouse coordination during peak periods.
* Support onboarding of new clients (operational requirements, documentation guidance).
* Other duties assigned by the Operations Manager.

Requirements

* 1–2 years of logistics, freight forwarding, warehousing, or transportation experience (preferred but not essential).
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
* Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in MS Office; experience with logistics systems is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: €30,000.00-€35,000.00 per year
