The Fleet Operations Manager role is responsible for leading the fleet maintenance and reliability initiatives to ensure optimal performance of our Light Rail Vehicles (LRVs).
The key responsibilities include:
* Raising, investigating and resolving allocated Failure Reporting Analysis And Corrective Action System (FRACAS) items.

* Developing and implementing effective predictive maintenance strategies to reduce equipment downtime.

* Maintaining accurate records of FRACAS investigations, corrective actions taken and root cause analysis performed.

In order to succeed in this role you will require strong analytical skills along with excellent communication skills. You should be able to work effectively as part of a team while also being able to work independently when required.
