Our client is a financial services organisation based in Dublin City Centre, operating in a regulated environment. The business is focused on strengthening delivery capability and execution to support strategic change, operational improvement, and systems enablement.

Key requirements include:
10+ years’ experience in programme delivery, transformation execution, or operational leadership
Proven track record delivering large-scale, cross-functional initiatives
Experience operating in financial services or other regulated environments
Strong delivery mindset with the ability to drive momentum and accountability
Experience building and leading programme teams and managing external partners
Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and executive leadership
Experience delivering technology-enabled change, including CRM platforms such as Salesforce, is advantageous
Role and Reporting Lines
Reporting directly to the CFO, this role will be responsible for:
Programme Leadership – Own and deliver a portfolio of strategic and operational programmes
Delivery Governance – Establish and run programme controls, reporting, and decision forums
Operational Execution – Drive improvements across core processes, structures, and ways of working
Systems & Technology Delivery – Oversee delivery of system enhancements and digital initiatives, including Salesforce-enabled platforms
Integration Delivery – Lead operational and systems delivery across integration initiatives
Stakeholder Management – Act as a central coordination point across senior stakeholders and delivery teams
Team Leadership – Build and lead internal delivery capability (PMO / programme teams) and manage external partners
