Cavanon a12-monthmaternity cover contract.This is asite-basedadministrative role supporting production planning, inventory, and cross-functional coordination.It will suit an experienced manufacturing or operations administrator who is organised, systems-focused, and comfortable working in a structured production environment.Key responsibilities:Provide administrative support to production control and planning activitiesUpdate and maintain production schedules, forecasts, and sales order data on internal systems (ERP/MRP)Support S&OP activities through accurate data entry and system updatesCoordinate information flow between production, engineering, purchasing, and planning teamsAssist with Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and Production Change Requests from an admin perspectiveSupport inventory control activities, reporting, and stock data accuracyAttend and document cross-functional planning meetingsSupport 5S audits, stock audits, and general administrative compliance tasksCover meetings, reporting, and admin tasks for the Production Controller when requiredRequirementsPrevious experience in a manufacturing, production, logistics, or operations administration roleStrong administrative background with high attention to detailConfident using computer systems and managing accurate data entry (ERP/MRP experience an advantage)Good Excel and reporting skillsComfortable communicating with multiple departmentsOrganised, reliable, and proactive in managing workloadAble to work well in a structured, process-driven environmentWhat's on OfferMaternity cover contract with a well-established manufacturing employerContract Completion BonusClear, structured working hours with early finish on Fridays (flexibility)23 days annual leave + 10 public holidaysCompany shutdown: 1 week at Christmas and 1 week in summerPension: 5% employer / 4% employee contributionLife assurance and private healthcareAccess to LinkedIn Learning and development resourcesStaff perks and discount cardFor more information or a confidential discussion about thisProduction Control Administrator, contact Michelle Miley at
