Business Analyst Role
We have an exciting opportunity to add significant value to our business. Our rapid growth poses both challenges and opportunities for process adjustments and system use, enabling us to scale our business further.
You will be responsible for examining existing and new systems for improvement, identifying common issues, evaluating Back Office Finance performance, and recommending new system procedures along with transformative technology use. You will work closely with various teams to ensure that technology meets business needs strategically and tactically.
* Partnering with stakeholders to understand the opportunity / challenge / problem statement
* Translating business to functional requirements for software development teams, representing the needs of the business
* Interacting across the breadth of our stakeholder environment from technical to senior executives

The Skills We Require
* Minimum 4 years of experience - Must have proven experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst or Functional Analyst
* Analytical and project/consulting experience within Information Technology/Financial Services
* Exposure to Back Office Finance Processes is advantageous (O2C, P2P, R2R, Financial Accounting)
* Strong ability to gather, document, validate & prioritise business requirements using structured techniques (e.g., interviews, workshops, process mapping)
* Demonstrated experience in process analysis and improvement, with the ability to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Personal initiative to drive projects from inception, working through analysis and ensuring quality through requirements traceability
* Constantly open to new challenges and non-standard projects which may have an uncertain environment. Comfortable working across multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

* You have delivered projects, ideally in a finance environment within a back office function
* You will have a record of instilling quality in the projects you have been involved with
* You have continuously adapted and reskilled as required, holding learning qualifications relevant to your work
* You drive quality by partnering with colleagues, helping to bring teams together and contributing to artefacts that instil confidence and traceability for projects
* You may have been involved in large transformation where deep analysis has been required, leveraging the experience and input from different teams such as architecture, engineering/development and business stakeholders
