? What You'll Do As an Official, you will: Advise and support members across a broad spectrum of legal and industrial relations matters.
Represent members in employment-related cases and at various forums.
Manage queries, case files, and projects from initiation to completion.
Contribute to the development of policies, services, and organisational objectives.
Collaborate with colleagues across departments to deliver high-quality support.
Present at seminars, meetings, and training sessions when required.
? What We're Looking For You will bring: A relevant third-level qualification and at least 5 years' professional experience.
Strong understanding of current educational, legal, and industrial relations issues.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Outstanding drafting, editing, and written communication ability.
Strong organisational and time-management capability with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
A proactive, "can-do" attitude and the ability to take initiative.
Proven capacity to work effectively within a team.
Project-management experience from concept to completion.
Proficient IT and research skills.
Flexibility to work outside normal hours when required.
A commitment to delivering a high-quality service to members.
A full clean driving licence and access to a car for work purposes (travel & subsistence in line with public-service rates).
