Overview: As a Mechanical Site Manager, you'll oversee the installation, commissioning, and integration of mechanical systems, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Lead mechanical installations, including HVAC, plumbing, and associated systems. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to maintain project schedules. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards. Manage site logistics, including material procurement and equipment coordination. Liaise with clients and project managers to report on progress and resolve issues. Oversee commissioning and handover processes. Qualifications: Minimum 5 years' experience in mechanical site management or supervision. Relevant trade qualifications or third-level education in mechanical engineering/building services.
