About the Programme
Our 24-month Graduate Management Pathway is designed to fast-track ambitious individuals into commercial roles within our business. You’ll gain hands-on experience across sales and business development, helping to shape how we grow and engage with customers across Ireland and beyond.
You’ll rotate across our commercial teams, developing practical experience in sales strategy, prospecting, lead management, customer engagement, and partnership development. You’ll get exposure to the tools, conversations, and decisions that drive revenue growth in a scaling tech company.
What You'll Work On
Sales development and outreach
CRM management and lead generation (HubSpot)
Supporting customer demos and onboarding
Marketing campaign support
Commercial partnerships and strategy
