We are delighted to announce that Core Exchange is hiring a Video Manager. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage and optimise TV and Video-on-Demand (VOD) campaigns for some of Ireland’s largest clients. As a Video Manager, you will take ownership of campaign planning, buying, and post-campaign analysis, collaborating closely with media owners, planners, and internal teams. This is a pivotal role in ensuring campaign success across a fast-evolving audio-visual landscape, with the opportunity to work on high-profile campaigns across sectors such as telecoms, retail, and sport, while developing advanced expertise in negotiation, optimisation, and AV market trends. Core Exchange supports continued growth through structured training and mentoring from experienced AV professionals.
Responsibilities
* Own campaign planning, buying, and post-campaign analysis for TV and Video-on-Demand (VOD) campaigns.
* Collaborate closely with media owners, planners, and internal teams to ensure campaign success.
* Develop and optimise campaigns across multiple sectors (e.g., telecoms, retail, sport).
* Continuously learn and apply AV market trends, negotiation techniques, and best practices.
Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in AV buying or a related media role.
* Experience in planning is beneficial but not essential.
* Strong professional and interpersonal communication skills (written and oral).
* Proven ability to manage deadlines with exceptional attention to detail and time management.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, managing multiple priorities effectively.
