Job Title: Field Sales Executive Company Overview: Our client is a leading supplier of oils and lubricants to the automotive and agricultural industries across Ireland. With a reputation for reliable service and quality products, they are now expanding their sales team and hiring two Field Sales Executives to cover separate territories. About the Roles: We are recruiting for two full-time Field Sales Executives - one to manage and grow accounts in Limerick & Tipperary, and another in Cork & Kerry. Both roles focus on maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, seeking new business opportunities, and contributing to the growth of their respective territories. Key Responsibilities: Manage existing accounts and build long-term customer relationships. Identify new sales opportunities in both the automotive and agricultural sectors. Be proactive in generating new leads and closing deals. Work closely with sales colleagues covering other regions to ensure consistent support. Provide excellent customer service and support around product needs and pricing. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. Candidate Requirements: Previous experience in a field sales role, or in a customer-facing role within motor factors, agriculture, or related sectors. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. A proactive, positive attitude and strong self-motivation. Ability to understand pricing and work strategically with customers. Full, clean driving licence is essential. Desirable: Familiarity with oils, lubricants, or consumables in automotive/agriculture Territory management experience.
