Reporting to the HR Manager, this role will be based in the Head Office at Parkwest Business Park.
Thorntons Recycling has multiple facilities, and the successful candidate will provide HR support to managers and employees across all sites.
Main Responsibilities
1. Filing and scanning HR records into the HR system.
2. Managing the onboarding process, including inductions, contracts, work permits, etc.
3. Responding to general HR queries from staff and management.
4. Handling employee matters with sensitivity and confidentiality, in line with company values.
5. Supporting recruitment activities such as advertising, screening CVs, and scheduling interviews.
6. Acting as a liaison between Payroll and HR to ensure updates are communicated.
Contract
Initial 6-month fixed-term contract.
Hours of Work
37.5 hours per week.
