Job Title: Maintenance Team Member
About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our maintenance team as a Maintenance Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting regular health and safety inspections of buildings and schemes, completing associated documentation, performing minor maintenance tasks, and delivering supplies to our sites.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a strong attention to detail. You should also be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects.
