What You’ll Do :
* Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to attract buyers and tenants
* Create compelling property listings and promotional materials across digital and traditional channels
* Manage leads, screen prospects, and coordinate property viewings
* Guide clients through every step of the property journey—from enquiry to close and aftersales
* Negotiate deals, advise on market trends, and collaborate with legal, construction, and internal stakeholders
* Maintain accurate records and ensure seamless documentation and compliance
What they’re Looking For :
* Degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing or related field (preferred)
* Proven track record in property sales and negotiation
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
* A natural communicator with standout interpersonal skills
* Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities with ease
* Knowledge of real estate law, market regulations, and property management practices
* Full clean Irish driving licence (PSRA licence preferred)
* A collaborative team player who brings energy and positivity to the workplace
