Accounts Assistant (French Speaking)

Our client, a leading PLC with a strong international presence, is seeking a French-speaking Accounts Assistant to join its Dublin-based finance team.

The successful candidate will contribute to the efficient processing and reconciliation of accounts, maintain robust financial records, and provide key support in day-to-day financial activities.

The Role
* Process supplier invoices and prepare accurate month-end statement reconciliations.
* Import supplier invoices into the company's digital workflow system and ensure proper indexing.
* Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve variances between receipted goods and supplier invoices.
* Assist in maintaining supplier pricing data within the ERP system.
* Perform daily bank reconciliations through the ERP platform.
* Support stocktake imports and prepare variance analyses for operational teams.
* Provide administrative support to the finance function, including ad hoc tasks and project work as required.
The Candidate
* Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to challenge and improve processes.
* Confident working under pressure and to strict reporting deadlines.
* Self-motivated, analytical, and solution-driven.
* Collaborative team player with strong communication skills across functions and geographies.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel capabilities desirable.
* Previous experience in an accounts/finance administration role required, ideally within a PLC or multinational environment.
* Familiarity with ERP systems an advantage.
