You’ll operate as a global subject matter expert for high-speed assembly and packaging automation, driving how equipment and processes are defined, implemented, and scaled across multiple GMP sites.

What You’ll Do
Define and drive global engineering standards
Lead FAT, SAT, commissioning, and validation activities
Manage and influence OEMs and equipment suppliers
Troubleshoot complex automation and performance issues
Support new client programs and technical solutions
Build capability through training and knowledge sharing
What 'Strong' Looks Like
7-10+ years in pharma or medical device environments
Expertise in high-speed automated assembly/packaging equipment
Experience with drug-device or injectable product assembly
Hands‑on involvement in FAT, SAT, and validation
Proven ability to solve complex technical problems
Comfortable influencing sites, vendors, and senior stakeholders
