Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing roles.
Fluent in English and Norwegian to support clients in the Norwegian market.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in assessing and achieving client success through sales techniques, including questioning, objection handling, and competitive selling.
Knowledge of online marketing strategy and tactics, with expertise in managing digital advertising campaigns focused on performance marketing.
Ability to craft compelling narratives and use storytelling as a client engagement strategy.
Ability to manage a portfolio in advertising or media sales and consistently exceed quotas to drive growth.

Drive customer growth by providing excellent sales experiences and meeting marketing objectives.
Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and agencies.
