Joining our Data, Analytics & AI team offers you the chance to shape the future of our company and help clients achieve impactful, lasting transformation.Purpose-led work you’ll be part ofAs a Senior Manager, you will lead engagements within PwC’s Data Strategy and Transformation services, engaging directly with clients and leading teams on multi-year transformation programs.Role & Responsibilities:Engage with senior client leadership to deliver transformation programs and set the data strategy agenda, bridging business needs and technical solutions.Act as a technical SME to develop solutions for complex data challenges.Guide junior team members, ensuring adherence to data transformation best practices.Identify innovative solutions using leading data analytics technologies (e.g., AI, machine learning, cloud data solutions, data democratization).Lead creation and implementation of strategic data roadmaps, standards, and reference architectures.Collaborate with IT executives to define and document data strategies and future capabilities aligned with business goals.In addition, as a Senior Manager, you will:Lead proposal responses and business development activities.Develop market awareness of PwC’s technology offerings.Lead, mentor, and supervise technical teams.Manage engagement finances.Build strong relationships with stakeholders across business, technology, and change management functions.Communicate architectural decisions and plans to executive and technical stakeholders.Your Profile:Proven success in delivering complex projects within consulting or professional services.Over 3 years experience in designing and implementing Data Transformations.At least 8 years in solution design and technical delivery, including 1+ year managing data transformation projects.Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field; familiarity with Data Architecture frameworks like TOGAF.Adaptability in dynamic environments and ability to work independently.Experience leading and mentoring technical teams across onshore, nearshore, and offshore locations.Knowledge of key data trends such as AI, machine learning, cloud data solutions, and data democratization.Additional InformationWe believe challenges are better solved together.
