Job Title: Equipment Reliability Specialist
The reliability engineering team is crucial to our operations – they're the ones keeping machinery running at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct proactive and preventative maintenance tasks on a range of equipment.
* Carry out repairs and fault diagnosis in a live distribution environment.
* Utilize the latest tools to maximize equipment effectiveness.
* Adhere to health and safety policies and practices.
* Support the development and progression of apprentices.
* Pursue continuous improvement projects and implement best practices across sites.
A Day in the Life:
Reliability engineers are based on-site, enabling them to respond quickly to any equipment issues.
* Perform planned preventative maintenance on site equipment to ensure safe operation.
* Respond promptly to breakdowns, investigating, finding, and implementing solutions as quickly as possible.
* Suggest long-term improvements.
* Collaborate with senior colleagues on day-to-day maintenance tasks like painting and plumbing and liaise with contractors when necessary.
