Interiors Colour Consultant – Dublin City Centre

Our client, a major retailer of paint and wallpaper, is looking for a Colour Consultant to join one of Dublin City's oldest and most well-known retail establishments. Our client is known for having the best product knowledge in the industry and provides paints of the highest quality.
As Colour Consultant, you will employ your extensive knowledge and experience to aid customers on various interior design inquiries. Must be flexible, required to work on Saturdays. This opportunity will be about 39 hours per week.

Responsibilities of a Colour Consultant Include:
5. Communicate and aim to achieve all set and agreed upon KPI's
6. Deliver high-quality customer service which involves determining the needs of the customer, offering support, being educated about the product, and raising service standards and sales goals
7. Manage colour consulting calendar, effectively handling any changes in the schedule such as postponements
8. Provide top-notch post-consultation follow up services to ensure an exceptional customer experience
9. Ensuring company policies and procedures related to security are strictly implemented
10. Maintain the store's standard of visual and commercial merchandising at all times
Skills Required for this Colour Consultant Job:
11. Passionate and energetic with a love for creativity, interior design, and delivering excellence
12. At least 1 year of experience in interior design
13. Ability to work effectively in teams
14. Excellent communication and customer service abilities, with a proactive approach to problem
15. Excels in productivity and process management
