Reporting to the Fund Oversight Manager, you will play a central role in overseeing NAV-related activities and ensuring regulatory responsibilities are met.
Key responsibilities
Oversight and review of NAV Oversight activities within the Depositary function NAV Oversight Lead Analyst (I)
Close collaboration with other Depositary teams to ensure consistent and robust oversight practices NAV Oversight Lead Analyst (I)
Supporting KRI reporting and management information processes
Ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations relating to NAV oversight
Reviewing areas such as distributions and performance fees
Responding to client queries and supporting due diligence and presentations where required
Taking ownership of oversight outcomes and ensuring timely, results-focused delivery
Supporting audit readiness and embedding audit-related actions within the team NAV Oversight Lead Analyst (I)
Contributing positively to team culture with energy, drive and a proactive approach
Candidate Profile
Experience within financial services, specifically Fund Accounting or Depositary
Strong understanding of NAV processes, governance frameworks and risk controls
Experience working with KRIs, MI reporting and backlog prioritisation
The ability to build effective partnerships across onshore Depositary locations and internal utilities
Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with stakeholders at varying levels
A structured and solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
